  During the sale of my property, I was in the unfortunate position of having two contracts fail due to buyer's finance issues, before I finally sold. Despite this, at every step of the protracted sale process, Think Conveyancing representatives provided fabulous customer service accompanied by very professional support and guidance. Of particular note I'd highlight the contribution of Lisa Davies, the Paralegal who assisted me throughout two contracts and completed the sale on my behalf. Lisa's manner was consistently bright, friendly and professional whether our contact was via email, over the phone, or in person. Further to this, her professional efforts were efficient, effective and reliable and I would request Lisa's services again without hesitation. Additionally, the bonus from using Think Conveyancing was the highly competitive price they charged for their services. Great value for money!

  Do not use conveyancing.com if you do not want to be ripped off! Was told 1 month for transfer of ownership title and still waiting after 7 months, communication is very poor once you have paid your upfront costs, we had our conveyancer changed without any knowledge until we chase them up Beware everyone!!!

  I would not use this company. This is a warning to all. I almost lost my deposit and entire settlement due to this company. They failed to turn up to settlement. Lost documents. Refused to answer or return calls. Then presented late to the final settlement. Do not use them. You could lose everything.

  Extremely poor response time throughout the whole process. Took way longer than necessary to sort things out because of this. Also was waiting all day on settlement day to get the keys because they couldn’t send the settlement email on time. Their customer service was poor every time I called. Their prices are also higher than others so I recommend doing a quick shop around and you’ll find someone (anyone!) who is much better.
