  So my Partner and I wanted to sell our house and buy/ build else where.
  
  We interviewed with multiple real estate agents, they went through all the same info ,it wasn't a very personal experience and they couldn't answer all of my questions on the spot.
  
  We went and had a look at a few places to buy and got speaking to Bill from Park real estate. Bill come to our house after normal business hours to have chat about possibly selling our house and what he think he could do for us.
  
  Bill explained the process , how much he think he might get for it, any recommendations for us and was able to tick a major box for us.
  (He wasn't going to treat potential buyers rude or pressure them, which my partner and I have been treated this way by multiple real estate agents).
  We were looking for someone that knew how to sell our home honestly, not to photo shop in pictures, have great communication skills, and treats everyone with respect and that was Bill !!!!
  
  Six months after we meet Bill it was time to sell, and no hesitation Bill come over again at a time that suited us.
  Had a 'For Sale' sign outside the next day, and Bill had signed contract with in THREE days.
  Bill stayed in full communication through out the whole process.
  EASY... didn't think I'd ever say selling a house would be easy !!!!
  
  We bought a block of land to build our new home on, but found out we needed to move interstate.
  
  So no hesitation we rang Bill !!
  
  Bill explained the difference between selling a house and a block of land.
  
  Bill put a "For Sale' sign up, by the end of the week we had a signed contract.
  
  Bill loves what he does and he does it well, we felt at ease that they were honest sales and that those who bought our beautiful home and our block of land were taken care of and treated with respect by Bill.
