Responded to an ad early December 2016 which said if you place an order before 12 December, you can have your blinds before Xmas. Didn't happen. Wasn't too concerned as I had curtains. 2 weeks after placing the order was told the fabric I had chosen was out of stock until 20 January. Again agreed to wait. 20 Jan came and went. Called a week later to find out where the order was. Constantly had to chase these people to find out what was happening. Installer came. The blind had been incorrectly measured so couldn't be installed. Was under the impression was going to be cut down. 2 weeks later was still waiting. No follow up from anyone. Finally blind installed. Bad experience all round.
