- rao chenghai Added October 16, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rented car over the Easter, they were unable to provide the car that we booked, and they have not explianed the detailed reasons. I got a 450 thousands kilometres courtesy shuttle. The car was old and disgusting. And the staff told us that car need to fill petrol, however the label on the cap says diesel. When I got the car, the fuel tank was not full! The management was chaotic, the call centre is outsourced. Most importantly, there is no channel for complainning over the phone or on the website. Awful experience, I difinately would not use this company anymore!
