My Insulin needles got damaged while travelling to the Sunshine Coast so refilling my prescription was incredibly urgent.
They didn't have the Insulin I needed however they rang around and got another Pharmacy to deliver their supply to them to give to me. Most places would've made me go get it myself.
AND they put it all together in a higher quality cold bag than the usual silver bag and included an ice pack. I have NEVER been offered this courtesy from any other Pharmacy for my Insulin.
Thank you for making what started out as a stressful and inconvenient situation, so easy.

I was told they're out of stock and it was recommend i should go to my doctor straight away and have my medication changed and then come back. When i questioned his idea, he seemed annoyed and offended, he said your other option is not taking the medication all together.
I walked out went to another chemist up the road and had my script filled no worries at all. Dont know what his problem was but look forward to seeing him again some day to tell the story to his face - David Rainey Added August 21, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I have some repeats for Aratac 200, is it possible to courier to 9 Skip Lane, Auckland, New Zealand.
