  My wife purchased some items 02 days ago at the RIvers Maroochydore outlet. She did not have 'my' rivers membership card with her at the time, and the lady at the counter had told her to bring the membership card along with the receipt next time and they could add the points onto the membership card.
  Myself and my wife went to Rivers last night around 7.45pm to get shoes for a friend and we were texting him for his shoe size while at the store. As he did not respond we just thought of adding those points from the previous purchase onto the membership card and come back the next day to buy the shoes once we got the shoe size.
  
  So I presented the Membership card and the bill and explained to the lady (same lady from the previous purchase) that my wife came 02 days back and she was told that the points could be added later and could she kindly do that. The lady at the counter gave me a condescending look as if I was wasting her time and said rudely 'no that cant be done once the sale is over'. My wife then asked her 'you are the one who told me to bring the card the next time'.
  
  She was then plain rude to the both of us, as if we were trying to do something illegal. We did not want that stupid membership card in the first place!!
  
  Never going there again!! The staff have some attitude issues, maybe because we are ASIAN!!! Well, we have better things to do and other places to shop!! Goodbye RIvers Marrochydore!! So long...
