The experience here was so different to the city. You have made this experience a pleasure, so nice to be greeted by Ronnie who was interested in me and not just a sale Georgia for her knowledgeable assistance and Eli's friendly adjustment work. Thanks Ronnie, Georgia and Eli for your amazing service. I appreciate your honesty and friendly professionalism you are genuine and really know your stuff. Top place to get a Bridal dress or even a dress for a great occasion.
- Ellie Harcourt Added January 07, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to get a formal dress on the 29th of July and received nothing but rude service and felt like I was unwelcome in her store. The older lady, who I'm assuming is the owner, was very rude and obnoxious and told me to have something in mind or find a dress myself. After telling her a few things I wanted in a dress she proceeded to tell me that wasn't enough information and walked away. I am appalled at how rude someone can be. will NOT be buying from this shop.

My wedding isn't until 2018, and I've already tried on dresses in the US and so didn't have any expectations when walking into the shop. First: they took us without an appointment and we didn't feel like a bother at all! Next Ronnie sat us down to discover everything about me, what kind of venue, what kind of wedding, what do I view for my dress, etc. What I appreciated most about my experience with Ronnie was that she listened to me, not just what I said but read my body language and face to find the dress perfect for me. They're willing to do and suggest all kinds of changes you can make to make it exactly as you want. I had my "crying when they put the veil on" moment and everything!! Not just Ronnie was great, all the ladies in the store were wonderful and I would absolutely recommend Forever Bridal to anyone!
