Doctors are supposed to want to help people. I was rejected being given an appointment and given no reason. Probably because my skin condition (psoriasis) won't make them money. Dermatologists pick and choose their patients. It's not right.

Professional, approachable, felt comfortable and confident getting treatment there. Gave me plenty of information regarding my concerns. I had a small but painful keloid scar on my hand which was interfering with everyday activities. Kept in contact with me and checked in with how I was going months after the treatment. Provided me with suitable alternative treatment options however I didn’t end up needing any as my scar was fixed after my second appointment.

We cannot speak highly enough of Dr Pruim and his assistant Lauren. The respect and care shown to us exceeds 5 stars. Options for removal of the carcinoma and approx cost were explained clearly. Healing was quick with no visible scarring. What a master of his trade. Clinic One has a relaxed atmosphere on entering and the Aboriginal art was a pleasant change . Thank you Dr Pruim and Lauren.

Have been seeing Dr Pruim for many years. Having moved from sunny coast, I was concerned about a spot on nose for sometime, the clinic gave me appointment whilst I was visiting at very short notice. As had a previous melanoma which Dr Pruim had diagnosed early I was quite anxious for him to see it. Fortunately biopsy was good news. Absolutely trust him with my skin checks. Highly recommend.

Rudest man ever, could not discuss concerns, just got yelled at, extremely unprofessional conduct. Of course his response will be that everyone else is rude, he seems to have a script prepared. I will be reporting to the professional body for misconduct.

In reply to your response, it is interesting that invest so much time replying online when you had the opportunity to discuss this matter with me when I was at your clinic...except you would not even allow me to speak. Your behavior was nothing short of bullying. You are correct, my other son has been a patient for two years, which made your behaviour even more perplexing. And for your staff to be witness to this, how extremely unpleasant and disturbing for them. In my opinion this behaviour is nor normal. My offence was to dare to ask yoru assistant over the phone more than two weeks ago if we could space out my older sons 6 monthly follow up appointments further apart, as they are generally a very quick 10 minute check up, with no change to his script for the last year. That you should take such offence is extraordinary, and in my opinion entirely unwarranted. Your professional code of conduct states that you seek to "communicate effectively with patients" and that the relationship be "free from any form of abuse." Well today's communication was neither of these, let alone maintaining one of your key principles of your ACD Code of conduct which is 'maintain the dignity of the person." A very unpleasant experience indeed. That you waited until we drove 45 minutes to attend an appointment, waited 30 minutes to see you, allowed photographs to be taken in the pretense of seeing my son, is completely unprofessional. If we had known you would behave so inappropriately we would not have wasted our time. Why could you not have phoned and spoken to me before hand if you were so upset?
