  Gorgeous French Nails!!! Was disappointed that the card machine wasn’t working - and AFTER my appointment I was told I could only pay cash or direct transfer! Make sure you carry a real card and also have to option of transferring (with a phone) other wise not to sure what would happen.

  My nails look fabulous after a pedicure but the staff member was very clearly unwell. Mask or not, no staff member should have to come in that run down, coughing and sniffing. It made the experience that much less relaxing. Nails look great, but probably wasn’t worth the risk of getting sick.

  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
  After being a loyal customer of Ann's nails for nearly 8 years this set of acrylics will be my last set with them. Since Ann sold the business it was gone down hill rapidly. I left today extremely unhappy with the service and customer service, U usually pay no more than $60 absolute max including nail art. I was told to pay $75 for my set today and when questioned why the price was so high compared to normal I was told that it was due to getting french tips. I understand that paying the extra $15 may not seem like a big deal to some people but the lack of customer services has left me not wanting to return or recommend Ann's anymore. If I was told about the extra price at the start that would be understandable however, after being unhappy with my nails in the first place throughout the service then followed with rude and snappy customer service today has been my last straw. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

  Prompt service especially for 11am Sunday walk in.. Quite atmosphere not so much chitter chatter between staff, refreshing change. Beautiful finish achieved by the male technician today..nails $36 infill, more than happy

  Will never return here. Rude service. Staff made you feel like you were doing something wrong, found myself apologising. Waited a long time. All that to have my nails last one day before chipping! I expect at $50 an SNS set would last longer than that. Would like to think you could go back and have it fixed up, however do not wish to subject myself to the staffs response.
