  If you want to pick your dry cleaning up with stains on the item that was not there when you took the item in! your clothes come back looking like a 5 year old has pressed them! THIS IS PLACE FOR YOU!!!!!!
  
  I have used this dry cleaners for quiet sometime now never had a problem before until today! every week I take in my suit trousers.
  
  This week I picked up the trousers when I got home I took them off the hanger and there was a large stain on the back pocket which was not there when I took them in!! the lady on the counter asked me when I took the trousers in if there were any stains I said no!! she also checked they was okay!! when I collected the trousers they actually looked like a 5 year old had pressed them! on the front there was 4 creases on each leg and the backs of the trousers had not even been pressed.
  
  I went back the next day to complain, I asked to see the owner of the business who was the lady that pressed the trousers! she told the poor girl that works on the counter that she's not coming down to speak to me about it! (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) the poor girl on the counter tried to get the stain out but said she was unable too!! (THIS IS THE BEST BIT) the two owners then decided they would come down to speak to me and asked what the problem was? I explained....First the lady owner told me that when you ask for same day service you CANNOT expect a 100% job to be done! thats why the trousers had not been pressed properly!!!??? why was I not told this ridiculous excuse when I put the trousers in? it should have been explained to me...YES sir we do offer a same day service but unfortunately there is a good chance that you will be unable to wear the trousers due to the poor quality we offer on same day service!!! NO!! the reason why the trousers were not pressed properly is because she's not a Hoffman presser! she's not a presser and shouldn't be pressing anything.
  
  Next... owner number 2 who I presume is her husband decided he wants to now get involved! I asked for a refund for the trousers and was laughed at!!! told they don't do refunds!! I asked how he could possibly expect people to except back dry cleaning in this state! he then excused me that I had worn the trousers and put the stain there myself!! REALLY!!! In the end I could see I was getting nowhere with these people... there is not a single person that works at Ace dry cleaners at the moment that is qualified!! I did ask if the dry cleaners has changed ownership? as the staff there are all new faces! I was told no this is not the case!?? TAKE MY ADVICE STEER CLEAR OF ACE DRY CLEANERS AT MAROOCHYDORE AND BUDERIM DRY CLEANERS AS ITS THE SAME OWNERS....THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS QUALITY CONTROL IN THESE PLACES.
